♥ Become a Care Center that provides the most complete facilities for children in general or orphans and poor especially for education and exposure to IT and so on.
♥ Become the most capable Custody Center to shape the child's morals or orphans especially for those who have experienced discipline or who have been trapped in social symptoms.
♥ Be an integrated center for children in general or orphans and poor especially to their problems and help save them from torture, abuse and the like by referring to the Department of Social Welfare.
